香蕉切块,奇异果切成可入口的小块。 将杏仁大略切碎。Cut banana into chunks and kiwi into bite sized pieces. Roughly chop almonds.
将巴西莓果酱、剩余的香蕉、枫糖浆和杏仁乳加入到搅拌机中,高速搅拌1-2分钟,直至混合物呈现均匀的布丁质地。Add acai puree, remainder of bananas, maple syrup, and almond milk to a blender and blend on high speed for approx. 1 – 2 min. until a smooth, pudding-like consistency is achieved.
